1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Oklef (“Oklef”, “we”, “us” or “our”) at oklef.com and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Oklef.
2. Description of Service
Oklef is a social media management tool that lets you connect your social accounts (such as Instagram, Facebook Pages, Bluesky and Mastodon), schedule and auto-publish posts, view analytics and collaborate with your team. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where required by local law) to use Oklef, and you must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Oklef to:
- Send spam or engage in deceptive or abusive posting behavior;
- Violate the terms, policies or community standards of any connected social network;
- Publish or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful or otherwise prohibited content;
- Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
- Misuse access tokens or use the service to harvest data in violation of applicable terms or laws.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload or schedule through Oklef. To operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit and publish your content on your behalf to the networks you select. You are responsible for your content and for having the necessary rights to use and publish it.
6. Third-Party Networks
Oklef integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of those networks through Oklef is also subject to their respective terms and policies (including Instagram, Facebook and others), and you are responsible for complying with them. Oklef is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or any other network. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or actions of third-party networks.
7. Plans & Billing
Oklef offers per-project pricing. The service is currently in beta and may be offered free of charge during this period. We may introduce, change or update pricing and billing terms, and will provide notice of material changes where required.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that posts will always be published as scheduled.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oklef and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Oklef and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Oklef after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].
