Data Deletion
Last updated: June 29, 2026
You are in control of your data on Oklef and can delete it at any time. This page explains how to delete your data, what gets deleted and how to confirm a request.
How to delete your data
1. In-app
Disconnecting a channel removes the stored access tokens and credentials for that channel. Deleting a project removes all of that project’s data, and deleting your account removes all data associated with your account.
2. By email
Email us at privacy@oklef.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and we will process the deletion of the associated data.
3. Via Facebook
Removing the Oklef app from your Facebook settings triggers our automated deletion callback, which removes the data associated with that connection. Our data deletion callback URL is https://oklef.com/api/meta/data-deletion.
What gets deleted
Depending on the scope of your request, deletion covers:
- Your account and account information;
- Your connected channels and their encrypted access tokens and credentials;
- The posts and content you created, scheduled or published;
- The analytics and engagement metrics we stored for you.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations. For more on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
